The
HealthQuest Baseball Dome is the single largest indoor baseball
facility in the United States. The state-of-the-art ASATIDome
provides two Little League fields and one regulation baseball diamond. The
approximate 3-acre sized dome has a ceiling height of 110' and
includes an interior ceiling-to-floor netting system for
dividing the interior. The dome is retractable and allows
all fields to be used in the open air during the Spring & Summer
seasons and then the dome is re-erected each Fall in only three
days time.
The ASATI
patented bias cable net system allows the structure to be
inflated to 3” wsp required for providing the structural
stability needed for resisting 120 mph winds & supporting 35
lbs. of snow load per sq. ft. without over stressing of the
fabric envelope.
The DuPont Tedlar special highly
translucent stay clean coating keeps the fabric envelope white
for providing over 1,200-foot candles of a natural outdoor
lighting to the interior during the daytime hours without need
of turning on expensive artificial lighting. |
